Apa itu pesantren impian, cerita bermula ketika 10 gadis pilihan mendapatkan undangan tiba tiba secara misterius untuk ketempat pesantren impian, Pesantren impian sendiri adalah Sebuah pondok yang kecil dan didirikan oleh Gus Budiman. pesantren ini dibuat untuk memberikan kesempatan kedua untuk mereka yang mempunyai masa lalu yang tidak cerah alias gelap. gadis gadis yang di undang untuk ke pesantren impian itu mempunyai cerita cerita sendiri yang membuat mereka terundang, sisi gelap dari mereka berdua lah membuat mereka bisa datang ditempat ini. Sisy seorang gadis yang dulunya adalah foto model seksi dan hot ikut datang bersama temanya. Sri dan butet yang memiliki masalah narkoba dan sekandal pelacuran. Sementara Rini yang dari luar terlihat lugu ternyata dia hamil diluar nikah. Selain mereka masih banyak orang dengan sederet persoalan yang mereka hadapi. Termasuk Eni, seorang polwan muda, cantik, cerdas dam masih muda yang sedang meneliti kasus pembunuhan di Hotel Crystal, dan mendapatkan petunjuk bahwa tersangkanya berada di pesantren impian tersebut. Kejadian aneh menimpa mereka ketika sesampainya di Pesantren impian itu.
